Recognizing the dearth of accessible resources for Indian students abroad, Jyotsna embarked on her journey in 2011. With a visionary zeal, she reimagined Hindi education, emphasizing its practicality as a spoken language. From humble beginnings in Singapore, Saakshar swiftly evolved into a beacon of Hindi learning excellence.
Fuelled by increasing demand, Jyotsna spearheaded the establishment of a Digitization Centre in India, revolutionizing resource creation. Collaborations with prestigious international schools ensued, cementing Hindi’s place as a vital educational offering.
Then came the pandemic which prompted a swift transition to online teaching, culminating in the launch of an innovative e-Learning Management Platform.
Expanding horizons, Saakshar’s reach extended to New Jersey in 2023, enriching the lives of Indian expats families through tailored Hindi programs.
Jyotsna’s journey is a testament to her unwavering commitment to education. Prior to her foray into the educational sphere, her tenure at GE Capital, equipped her with invaluable skills in operations, quality enhancement, knowledge management and training, seamlessly integrated into her teaching approach. Her dynamic teaching style, enriched by audio-visual content, captivates learners, fostering a deeper understanding of Indian culture.
With a degree in commerce from Delhi University and certification from IIM B, Jyotsna’s expertise is underpinned by a relentless pursuit of excellence. As a certified Green Belt Six Sigma Trainer, she embodies innovation and efficiency.
